Hi, I'm Jodi!

For more than 30 years, I've built my career around helping people and businesses succeed. I've worn a lot of hats along the way, worked with some incredible people, and learned that no two businesses (or business owners!) are ever quite the same.

I've always been someone who loves figuring things out. Give me a challenge, an idea that needs direction, or a situation that feels a little overwhelming, and I'm right at home. I enjoy seeing the possibilities, connecting the dots, and finding ways to make things better.

But more than anything, I love the relationships that come with this work. Getting to know the people behind the businesses, understanding what matters to them, and becoming someone they genuinely trust and enjoy working with.
